Your Divorce Should Be an Attorney-Client Partnership

I am in the business of helping people heal and move on. I am not in the business of demonizing the other side, exacting revenge, or making things more difficult and complicated than they should be.  Having said that, I understand the law. I write well. I enjoy going to court. And I am tough and aggressive when appropriate.

In a divorce case, I believe that the best results are obtained when the client and the lawyer enter into a kind of partnership. If the divorce includes children, then the primary goals of the partnership are to do what is best for the children and to help transition the client through what may be the worst period of his or her life as cheaply and efficiently as possible.

If the divorce does not include children, then the primary goal of the partnership is to preserve the client’s financial and emotional assets. I try to accomplish this goal by helping the client approach the problem like a businessperson, rather than an angry and wounded ex-spouse.

I can help you with the following divorce / custody issues:

  • Mental Health Issues
  • Father’s Rights
